b2b Fitness Dubai is launching a 30 minute class for women of Dubai, and apart from the fat burning session, the icing on the cake is the ‘Baby Gym’ class running simultaneously. So mums can fully relax safe in the knowledge that their little one is having a great time singing, dancing and developing.

This combo launches on February 2 at the Step Up Academy in Motor City (Apex Atrium Building).

The concept is the brainchild of Sorrell Rawlings, co-owner of b2b Fitness Dubai, alongside her husband Brendan. Sorrell spotted the opportunity shortly after she had her first baby.

“I was shocked that there really isn’t any fitness classes set up in Dubai for the mums who don’t have help at home. I would attend numerous coffee mornings with friends that were all in the same position,” she said.

The mums class is directed by qualified pre and post-natal personal trainers that are experienced in adapting exercise programs for women who are or have recently been pregnant. Next door, the Step Up Academy staff will be teaching developmental dance classes to babies and toddlers ranging from 6 months to 4 years old.

b2b are offering those interested the opportunity to meet the team, witness the classes during their open morning which is happening on the Saturday, January 30 from 9am to midday.

“The best thing is that it’s not just limited to mums with babies. If your kids are grown up or if you don’t need childcare the ‘fat furnace’ class is available to you too,” added Sorrell.
