Watch: Tiger Woods eager to compete in front of his kids and make them proud

Tiger Woods‘ children are much older now than they were the last time he was seriously competing in majors.

As such, they know what their dad is going through as he tries to get back to being a force in the game.

Woods showed plenty of promise at The Open this past weekend, when he was in contention for the Claret Jug in the final round before settling for a top-10 finish.

Afterward, he spoke about how much it means to him to be able to compete in front of his kids.

“I told them I tried and I said hopefully you’re proud of your pops for trying as hard as I did,” Woods said.
