With the climate now getting cooler, here’s your chance to enjoy unique rooftop yoga classes at Dubai’s Jumeirah Emirates Towers. Yoga is widely popular around the world and it is no different in the UAE.

The country is blessed to have some stunning venues and the Jumeirah Emirates Towers is one of Dubai’s most famous landmarks. And it is for that reason why Talise Fitness’ sessions have been a huge hit.

Since launching in February of this year, hundreds have flocked to the iconic location for the classes and it is no surprise why it has been successful so far, attracting more than 150 participants every time.

Overlooking the stunning views of Dubai International Financial Centre and the lights of Dubai by night, you can escape the daily grind and practice an invigorating yoga flow under the stars.

It’s the perfect way to make the most of the cooler weather while staying fit at the same time.

If you want to see for yourself why they have earned rave reviews, Talise Fitness’ classes are held on the first Monday of every month, with the next being on October 5 at 19:30. Sessions, open to 16-year-olds and above, are 90 minutes long and are led by expert teachers from Urban Yoga.

They promise to be an experience to remember, offering a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Whether you have tried out yoga before or not, the classes are open to all abilities and Talise Fitness at Emirates Towers’ general manager James Chandler, insists there are plenty of positives from just attending.

“Fitness has become such an important part of the Dubai lifestyle, and people are always looking for something new,” he said. “At Talise Fitness, we are all about innovation and we want to offer some real value to the Dubai community, so the rooftop yoga was a natural evolution for us.

“Giving people access to some of the best yoga teachers in one of the most beautiful settings in Dubai is our way of encouraging more people to stay active and to get outside and enjoy the Dubai winter.”
