Junior players representing more than 40 countries have registered for the 10th edition of the Abu Dhabi ITF Championships hosted by the Abu Dhabi Country Club. Kareem Allaf is the No. 1 UAE junior and will be looking to use the tips he picked up when being used as a practise partner for Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic earlier this month at the Mubadala World Championshpis in Abu Dhabi.

The President Cup Falcon Competitions

This competition is organised by Abu Dhabi Falconers’ Club with the aim of preserving past achievements and supporting the UAE’s heritage and ancestral sports. The club has also announced that the prize fund has now been increased to AED 25,000,000 and 56 cars to add more challenge and excitement to the event.

the UAE Jet Ski Race (Heat 1) will thrill water sport fans and beach goers as the competitors ride the waves of excitement! The race is divided into 7 different classes and allows competitors to compete at their own level and specialty. Wadi Adventure Race

The popular Wadi Adventure Race (W.A.R.) returns this month where athletes will be pushed to the limits in a gruelling obstacle course. Competitors will have to overcome a 10km obstacle course where they will crawl, run, carry, swim, swing and climb their way to the finish line.

M1 Run
Venue: Media One Hotel
If challenging yourself physically is at the top of your New Year resolutions, then the M1 Run has you covered with its unique stairclimbing race. Unlike a typical race, the vertical run will commence at the ground level of Media One Hotel and run through the car park up to level 7. The one kilometre sprint will only be an appetizer of what’s to come as competitors will then move on to the next stage – a 700-stair climb from level 7 all the way to the finish line at level 42.
