Club Vista Mare on Palm Jumeirah will transform into an open-air workout arena with ‘Core Beats’, a free-to-attend, first-of-its-kind yoga and fitness concert in Dubai this Saturday.

The chilled yoga flow and energetic beach workouts, in collaboration with Palm Jumeirah-based yoga studio Yoga La Vie, will be set on the beach overlooking the waters of Palm Jumeirah. The Core Beats fitness concert will energise the evening with light installations, a live DJ, and an all-star yogi and fitness instructor line-up.

Participants will also get a 15 per cent discount on food and beverage at Ibn Al Bahr and Aji restaurants, to recharge post-workout sessions.

Yoga Beats is a music-inspired sunset Vinyasa Yoga Flow that focuses on breathing and movement. Guided by three of Dubai’s top yoga practitioners – Neha Duseja (@nehadesujayoga) leading and Simona Stanton (@simonastanton) and Lara Bogdanovic (@laraandyoga) on stage – attendees will experience powerful and hypnotic asanas that will keep them energised, mindful and connected with their inner self.

Fitness Beats is a 60-minute body weight, high-intensity interval training session that increases strength, muscle and cardio endurance, releases endorphins and can burn up to 1,000 calories per class and extra calories for up to 24 hours post workout.

Designed for fitness enthusiasts, the workouts are provided by four of Dubai’s fitness rock stars: Clifford Tindell (@inspiringmovement), Bradford Rahmlow (@rahmstagram), Jade Palmer (@jadeashleypalmer) and Nuno Fernandes (@nunocostafernandes).
