If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be in the seat of a Ferrari test driver, you can now find out with Ferrari World Abu Dhabi’s latest heart-pounding rollercoaster.

The highly-anticipated ‘Turbo Track’ has been officially launched in the capital as the theme park’s latest attraction, set to give visitors even more of an adrenaline rush.

In another first for Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Turbo Track launches guests from inside the park at 102kmph through the famous glass funnel, shooting them vertically through the red roof to the highest point on Yas Island at 64m before a zero gravity plunge back down.

Turbo Track is now the third ride to be launched at the theme park in the past 12 months, adding more thrills and chills for guests.

We are extremely humbled by the passionate drive that continues to fuel the minds and hearts of our team at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and those who diligently worked behind the scenes to bring this new ride to life,” said Jesse Vargas, General Manager, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.

Since opening its doors in November 2010, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi has been a staple of fun and excitement in the UAE, celebrating the spirit of the legendary marque through various rides, attractions, simulators, live shows and seasonal festivities.

Now, Turbo Track adds to what was already a strong collection of thrill rides, taking its place alongside Formula Rossa, the world’s fastest rollercoaster, and Flying Aces, the triple record-breaking rollercoaster.

As always, families can also check out other attractions like Benno’s Great Race, Karting Academy, Junior Training Camp, Driving Experience, Fiorano GT Challenge and Scuderia Challenge.
