With the school term now over, children can celebrate the magic of the festive season in style and even meet Santa at the UAE’s only indoor snow facility. With an amazing mountain wintery setting and temperatures at -4°C, Ski Dubai has become a prominent attraction in the country.

There are two options to choose from as kids can visit Santa and receive a hot chocolate for Dh100, or enjoy all the snow park activities, as well as meeting the penguins and Santa for Dh350.
“This is one of our popular times and we can assure you this is the only white Christmas you’ll get in Dubai,” said Sherif Hashem, senior marketing manager at Majid Al Futtaim, Ski Dubai.

For an additional fee, visitors can also look forward to skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and even experience rolling down the Giant Ball run or spiralling down the tube slides. Given it’s the only snow resort in the Middle East, Hashem insists it will be a memorable visit for people, young and old.
“Ski Dubai is the only indoor snow resort in the region and there’s no other place in the UAE where you will enjoy -4 and enjoy real snow,” he said.
“It will feel very much like Christmas and there are also opportunities to try out our very popular activities for an additional cost.”
