With the Olympics under way, UAE residents have countless options of where to watch the Games, and Barasti Beach Bar is sure to be a crowd favourite.

Boasting a laid back and relaxed atmosphere, the venue, located at Le Meridien Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, encourages fans of all nations to unite under one roof.

Following a recent renovation, Barasti is now better and bigger than ever, with a new outdoor seating area. The bar can now accommodate 3,000 people comfortably and the Barasti Beach Stadium allows for air-conditioned comfort.

No matter where you’re situated though, there will be a screen to catch all the action, with one giant LED screen (6.4m x 3.8m) inside Barasti Beach Stadium and a secondary giant screen on the beach.

Throughout the Olympics, Barasti offers daily specials on beverages, including happy hour from 16:00 to 19:00 for Dh27 per drink, and a 40 per cent discount on select drinks from 19:00 until closing time.

Pair the beverages with some delicious food off Barasti’s mouth-watering menu, which has favourites like fish and chips, walk the dog, bangers and mash and signature wings.

One of the best parts about Barasti is after you’ve had your fill of the Olympics, there’s no need to go elsewhere to spend the night. The venue will turn up the music and become a nightlife destination when the sun goes down, meaning you can stay and party into the early hours.

Watch the Olympics at Barasti’s beach venue.

Barasti also features Crackling Sundays, where you can have a traditional roast dinner and a beverage for Dh135 every Sunday, beginning at 17:00.

For burger lovers, head down for buns & cows from Wednesday to Friday from 22:00 to 04:00 to bite into different types of succulent selections.

Barasti is open from 11:00 to 01:30 Saturday to Wednesday and from 11:00 to 03:00 on Thursday and Friday.
