Love Island may be a popular TV show in the United Kingdom, but England striker Jamie Vardy revealed he’s not a fan of the dating programme and “can’t stand” when his team-mates watch it during their time at the World Cup.

Vardy, however, praised the team’s camaraderie off the pitch and said they’re always doing something together, whether that’s playing table tennis, playing Fortnite, or yes, watching Love Island.

“Every bit of free time as well we’re always doing something together, whether it be half the lads watching Love Island, which I can’t stand so I leave them to it,” Vardy said.

See what else the Leicester star said of the atmosphere around the team in the video below.
