It seems the viral campaign started by Samba stars Dani Alves and Ronaldo was a success after Zlatan Ibrahimovic was spotted in Brazil watching England take on Uruguay.

The Paris Saint-Germain striker was unable to help Sweden edge past Portugal and qualify for the World Cup finals, leading him to declare: "One thing is for sure, a World Cup without me is nothing to watch."

The comment may have been said somewhat tongue in cheek but it led to a number of footballing greats calling for the striker to head out to Brazil

And it seems he listened to their calls after being spotted in the Arena de Sao Paulo.

See Alves and co calling for Zlatan to head to South America.
