The UAE recorded a dramatic 3-2 penalty shoot-out success over Panama on Sunday night to go top of Group C at the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in the Bahamas.

Nothing could separate the two sides in normal time as the UAE, despite going ahead in the first minute, conceded two goals in quick succession before captain Walid Mohammad equalised – making it 2-2.

That meant it came down to a penalty shoot-out to decide the outcome.

And, as you can see from the video, the UAE showed excellent composure to record a vital win.

The Emirates face Portugal next.
