Argentine forward Paulo Dybala has been advised by Juventus team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo to pursue a move to Premier League side Manchester United, according to Daily Mail.

The swap deal that also involves United forward Romelu Lukaku is picking shape, with the Belgian reportedly agreeing personal terms with Juventus.

It was believed that Dybala is not keen on moving to United and thereby sacrificing Champions League football for at least one year.

But the latest developments in the Juventus players’ Whatsapp group suggest that the forward could move to Old Trafford after receiving the backing of former United star Ronaldo.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner explained that he became a ‘champion’ during his trophy-laden six-year stint at his former club. It is believed that Ronaldo’s seal of approval could go a long way in facilitating Dybala’s transfer to United.

Sportsmail claim that the 25-year-old is now ready to accept United’s offer and complete his move to the Premier League side.
