Everton are close to a sealing a sensational swoop for Juventus teenager Moise Kean, according to reports in Italy.

The 19-year-old, who is considered one of the top emerging talents in Italian football, made a big impact in limited minutes for Juventus last season – scoring six times in in 13 appearances, eight of which were off the bench.

He has however decided to pursue the next stage of his career on Merseyside with Everton, who have been searching for a consistent No.9 since selling Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United in 2017.

This may not be the last time he is seen in Bianconeri, as Juve have reportedly installed a buyback clause which is not significantly higher than the agreed fee.

His sale will help fund a move for Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi or possibly even Lukaku, as rumours continued to swirl over a partial swap deal that sends Paulo Dybala to Old Trafford.
