Manchester City starlet Brahim Diaz is set to move to Real Madrid with both clubs agreeing to a transfer fee of £22 million.

The attacking midfielder will cost the Spanish giants an initial £15.5 million with a further £6.6 million in add-ons.

City have tabled several lucrative offers for the 18-year-old attacking midfielder but Diaz has repeatedly turned down the Premier League champions.

The Premier League champions have inserted a 15 per cent sell-on clause although should the future buyers be Manchester United, they would be entitled to 40 per cent.

The Spaniard is convinced he will see more playing time with the La Liga giants .
