Javier Hernandez could be set to sign for Valencia in January, according to a report in Marca.

Reports in Spain suggest that the Mexican international, currently plying his trade with West Ham United, is being targeted as a replacement for Michy Batshuayi, who has struggled to make an impact for Los Che since joining on loan from Chelsea earlier this season.

Hernandez, who last featured in La Liga during the 2014-15 season with Real Madrid, has scored four goals and an assist in 14 Premier League matches.
