Manchester City had scouts at Stade Pierre-Mauroy on Sunday watching Lille’s Nicolas Pepe as the winger netted a late equaliser against Reims, reports InfoFoot.

The 23-year-old has been in fine form this season, scoring 11 league goals and five assists in 17 matches.

Arsenal, Barcelona and Bayern Munich have also been linked with Pepe, who has emerged as one of the most exciting players in Europe.

The Ivorian star only joined Lille from Angers in June 2017 and has gone on to score 24 goals in 53 appearances.
