MATTHIJS DE LIGT

Manchester City and Manchester City are set to battle it out for the highly-rated Ajax centre-back, reports the Daily Mail.

The 19-year-old is considered one of the best defensive prospects in world football – and has attracted interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs.

Sky Blues boss Pep Guardiola is keen on the Dutch international, whom he views as a long-term option to replace Vincent Kompany.

Barcelona are also reportedly in the hunt to land his signature, but the Premier League champions believe they will get the deal over the line next summer.

NABIL FEKIR

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is looking to bring the Lyon star to London in January, according to the Sun.

The Blues are in the market for added creativity in the winter transfer window and are ready to make a move for the in-form France international.

The 25-year-old has already scored four goals for Les Gones across all competitions this term and scored twice from 18 appearances for Les Bleus.
