PSG are keeping a close eye on David de Gea’s contract situation, according to Daily Mail.

The Spanish netminder has said he is in no rush to pen a fresh deal at Old Trafford as he waits to see how the season goes.

The 26-year-old is one of 11 players that will have contracts expire at the end of the season, but the club has an option to renew for 12 months.

Before this summer it looked certain that De Gea would join Real Madrid given the club’s continued interest in him over the years.

But they parked their interest to sign Thibaut Courtois from Chelsea instead, meaning he stayed put in Manchester.
