Lyon manager Bruno Genesio has admitted Nabil Fekir has not found it tough to come to terms with settling back into club life again post-World Cup after seeing his Liverpool dream go up in smoke.

The attacking midfielder looked set for a move to Anfield in June, however, the proposed €60million transfer never happened.

But, following his victorious campaign with Les Bleus, Fekir’s focus is now on the season ahead with the Ligue 1 side – according to his boss.
