Tottenham wantaway defender Toby Alderweireld could sign for Bayern Munich, according to The Mirror.

With Jerome Boateng likely to leave the Allianz Arena for PSG, the Bundesliga champions would be in the market for a new centre-back.

Alderweireld, 29, could fill the void, having seen a potential move to Manchester United break down this summer.

The German transfer window does not close until August 31, which means Bayern still have time to try to seal a move for the Belgian international.
