AC Milan are not willing to give up on their quest to sign Sergej Milinkovic-Savic just yet, reports Calciomercato.

The Serie A outfit are preparing to table a £98 million offer for the Lazio midfielder, despite the fact that several other clubs have tried and failed to sign him over the summer.

The Rossoneri are also willing to offer Fabio Borini in return in an attempt to sweeten the deal.

Milinkovic-Savic confirmed that he would be staying at the club this season but that hasn’t deterred the Milanese club from launching a fresh bid before other powerhouses like Real Madrid and Manchester United try again next summer.
