Chelsea have reached an agreement with Juventus for the signing of Daniele Rugani, according to Transfer Market Web.

The fee is reportedly set at £36 million for the defender who is however not entirely convinced by the proposed move.

Rugani believes he has an opportunity for more playing time at Juventus this season as Andrea Barzagli may be phased out.

Maurizio Sarri though is eager to add the 24-year-old Italian to his defensive set-up at Stamford Bridge.
