It looks unlikely that Jerome Boateng will leave Bayern Munich this summer after club chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge revealed there has been no concrete interest in the 29-year-old.

Boateng, who featured in two group stage games for Germany at the World Cup and was sent-off against Sweden, has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain for some time.

According to the Bundesliga giant’s official Twitter feed, Boateng’s representatives have been in the French capital to discuss a deal for their client, however, Thomas Tuchel’s men have not yet made a bid for the towering centre-back.

The former Manchester City man’s £50million price tag has reportedly put PSG off following up with a substantial proposal, while his dismal campaign this summer in Russia has seen his stock drop.
