The Arsenal striker Chuba Akpom is set to leave the Emirates this week and join Greek outfit PAOK, Goal reports.

At 22, the boyhood Gunner has been deemed surplus to requirements by new boss Unai Emery despite having impressed during his loan spell with Sint-Truiden in Belgium last term.

Reportedly, PAOK will pay £2million for the London-born star, who is now on his way to Greece to complete the formalities of the transfer.

Akpom joined Arsenal’s academy at the age of six and has made 12 appearances, in all competitions, for the club’s first-team.
