James Rodriguez has revealed he is happy at Bayern Munich amid speculation Real Madrid could bring him back to the Bernabeu this summer.

It has been suggested the Colombian star, who enjoyed a stellar first season with the Bavarians after arriving on a two-year loan agreement last summer, might return to Los Blancos with talk thatWhites president Florentino Perez wants to renegotiate that deal.

New boss Julen Lopetegui, according to reports in Spain, is apparently keen to have the 27-year-old at his disposal ahead of the upcoming La Liga campaign.

However, Bayern are not set to budge and will retain the attacker’s services, given they have a purchase agreement in place to sign him permanently in the summer of 2019.

And Rodriguez, who contributed seven goals and 11 assists in the Bundesliga last term, seems to agree – telling Colombian TV programme ‘The Suso Show’ that he is enjoying life in Germany.
