The summer transfer window is open and across the globe there is a frenzy of speculation as players and coaches look for their next moves.

There is plenty of activity and stories that have football fans talking.

Here, we look at the latest transfer deals that could happen very soon.

Let us know your thoughts via Twitter and Facebook.

N’GOLO KANTE

Barcelona have made the Chelsea midfielder their top target of the summer transfer window, according to Le Parisien.

The French publication are reporting that the Catalan giants are keen to find the ultimate, all-purpose midfielder and see the 27-year-old a main man to fill the role.

Kante is believed to be Ernesto Valverde’s top priority this transfer window – with the French international attracted to the option of playing alongside Lionel Messi.

ALASSANE PLEA

West Ham have made a £27m bid for the Nice forward, according to Sky Sports.

Newcastle, Fulham and Tottenham are all on the hunt to sign the 25-year-old French striker, who scored 20 goals last season.

Selling Plea would provide a handsome profit for Nice, having signed him from Lyon for less than £500,000 in 2015.

It is unlikely the Ligue 1 side would want to see their prized asset leave the Allianz Riviera following four fruitful seasons in the black and red.

BENJAMIN PAVARD

Stuttgart will not sell the highly-rated French defender for €50 million and want to keep him for another year, according to Stuttgarter Nachrichten.

The 22-year-old played every single minute of Stuttgart’s Bundesliga campaign last season, garnering interest from Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund in the process.

Although the Mercedez-Benz Arena side want Pavard to stay, expect more interest to follow for his services as Didier Deschamps’ side progress at the World Cup.
