Marco Asensio

Manchester United, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are set to battle it out for the highly-rated Real Madrid forward, according to the Daily Mail.

The 22-year-old played second fiddle to Cristiano Ronaldo for much of last campaign and is desperate for a regular place in the Los Blancos starting XI.

The Spain international is keen to stay at the Bernabeu but wants assurances of more game time under new manager Julen Lopetegui.

If Asensio is to leave, there will be more shortage of potential suitors, with Chelsea among the frontrunners to secure his signature.

Jerome Boateng

Manchester United have been told to shell out £50m (Dh241.4m) if they want to sign the Bayern Munich defender this summer, according to the Manchester Evening News.

The English publication is reporting that the Red Devils are prepared to make an offer for the German international as they look to bolster their defence ahead of next season.

United have struggled to find a regular defensive partner to Eric Bailly and Boateng may well be the man to strengthen the back-line alongside the Ivorian.

The 29-year-old is contracted to the Allianz Arena until 2021 but could try and force a move after the World Cup, with there apparently being plenty of admirers from the Premier League.
