THOMAS STRAKOSHA

Liverpool are planning a raid for the Lazio goalkeeper, according to Italian TV channel Sportitalia.

The Merseysiders are desperate to sign a new man between the sticks this summer following Lloris Karius’ Champions League howlers and Simon Mignolet’s poor form.

And the 23-year-old Albanian star could well be the answer.

Valued at £35m (Dh107m), Strakosha has rose to prominence with the Serie A side in each of the past two seasons and firmly established himself as the Biancocelesti No.1.

It remains to be seen whether Lazio will be prepared to sell the shot-stopper but the lure of Liverpool may prove too much for the 6 ft 4 in star.

ANTHONY MARTIAL

Manchester United have slapped a £75 million (Dh365m) valuation on the French forward, The Mirror reports.

The French forward, who was left out of Didier Deschamps’ France squad after a frustrating season at Old Trafford, could now be priced out of a move.

Tottenham, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have all been linked with the 22-year-old’s services.

Martial, himself, is said to be keen to move on this summer and is set for talks on his future once he returns from holiday.

JAVIER PASTORE

West Ham are hoping to clinch a deal to sign the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, Sky Sports reports.

The Hammers are set for a summer of change under new boss Manuel Pellegrini and have identified the Argentine as one man they want to bring to the London Stadium.

The sticking point, however, over a deal is likely to be the 28-year-old’s extortionate wage demands.

Pastore is believed to seek around £190,000-a-week while PSG could command a transfer fee in the region of £17.5m.

The east London side are hoping to come to some kind of compromise in the coming weeks.
