ANTHONY MARTIAL

Tottenham are set to hold talks with Manchester United over their star attacker, the Daily Mail claims.

The French winger has been frustrated at a lack of game time at Old Trafford, having failed to secure a regular spot in Jose Mourinho’s starting XI.

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has made Martial’s signing a priority as the North London side look to bolster their attacking options ahead of next season.

The 22-year-old is a class act, scoring nine goals and providing five assists in 30 Premier League matches last term.

BRYAN CRISTANTE

Roma are closing in on the signing of the Atalanta star, according to Sky Italia.

The 23-year-old midfielder has emerged as one of the best young players in Italy, drawing interest from Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal among other clubs.

But the Giallorossi appear to have won the race for the former Milan player, who will cost €30m (Dh129m) including add-ons.

Cristante made 45 appearances on loan at Atalanta last term, scoring 12 goals and providing two assists.

LAURENT BLANC

Chelsea have moved closer to appointing the Frenchman as the club’s new manager, reports Express.

The Blues have turned to Blanc after refusing to pay the £7m (Dh34.4m) release fee for Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri, and former Barcelona coach Luis Enrique pricing himself out of any potential deal.

The 52-year-old clinched four Ligue 1 and Coupe de la Ligue crowns during his managerial stints at PSG and Bordeaux, as well as winning Ligue 1 Manager of the Year on two occasions.
