REO GRIFFITHS

Barcelona are planning to bring in Tottenham teenage sensation Reo Griffiths, according to the Daily Star.

Spurs are hoping to sign 18-year-old La Masia product Ricard ‘Rique’ Piug from the Nou Camp and the Catalans have responded by targeting the Londoners’ young talent.

Griffiths turns 18 on June 27 and the goal-scoring talent has been dubbed ‘the next Harry Kane’.

This season, he has plundered 34 goals for the Under-18s which is 13 more than his nearest competitor managed.

Barcelona’s interest in him peaked after a 9-0 thumping of Arsenal in which Griffiths scored four and assisted three goals.

ROBERT LEWANDOWSKI

The Telegraph reports that Chelsea are prepared to make an audacious move for Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski this summer. After delivering a poor title defence and missing out on a Champions League spot this season, the Blues have made the Bayern hitman their prime target.

Despite the uncertain future of Antonio Conte, Chelsea are attempting to lure the Poland international to Stamford Bridge.

The FA Cup winners are convinced the striker, who turns 30 in August, is ready for a move away from the German champions and are prepared to launch a bid upwards of £100 million.
