Something to ponder, Arsene?

Departing Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has offers from China as well as Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports in England.

The 68-year-old will end his near 22-year career with the Gunners at the conclusion of this season and PSG have reportedly offered him a role as general manager, according to the Daily Mail.

However, the Mirror counter that by claiming the Frenchman would prefer a traditional managerial role, and an unnamed club from the Chinese Super League is willing to make him the world’s highest-paid manager.

MAURIZIO SARRI

Eyeing the Premier League?

Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri, who has been linked with Chelsea should Antonio Conte depart this summer, is struggling to come to terms on a new deal with the Serie A club, according to Evening Standard.

Sarri is looking for a pay rise on his current deal which is said to be worth £1.3million per year and is exploring the possibility of a move to the Premier League despite Napoli’s chase for a first Serie A title in 28 years.

UNAI EMERY

Ease the pain back in Spain?

Spanish boss Unai Emery confirmed on Friday he will be leaving PSG in the summer as one of football’s worst kept secrets was finally revealed.

Despite domestic success this season by winning the Ligue 1 title and the Coupe de la Ligue, Emery’s reign has been overshadowed by Champions League failure.

And all roads lead back to Spain for the former Sevilla boss with reports in Sport claiming Real Sociedad are keen on an appointment.
