JONNY EVANS

The West Brom centre-back could be in line for a sensational return to former club Manchester United this summer, according to The Sun.

Evans, who spent the best part of a decade at Old Trafford and won three Premier League titles, is set to leave the Baggies with relegation from the top-flight almost a certainty.

The Northern Irishman was linked with Arsenal in the January transfer window but decided to stay put, though he has a clause in his current deal allowing him to leave for just £3m (Dh15m) should the Hawthorns side go down.

Jose Mourinho is keen to bolster his options in defence with doubts over the long-term futures of Phil Jones and Daley Blind.

Jonny Evans is set to leave West Brom.

BERND LENO

The Bayer Leverkusen shot-stopper is likely to move on from the Bundesliga side at the end of the season, according to Bild.

Atletico Madrid are reportedly leading the chase to sign the 26-year-old Germany international, fuelling rumours current No.1 Jan Oblak, a target of Liverpool, will depart this summer.

Leverkusen are all but resigned to losing Leno – who has an option in his existing contract, which is set to expire in 2020, to leave the club once this campaign draws to a close.

Napoli and Arsenal are also in the mix to land the €20m-rated goalkeeper (Dh89m).

Leno is Mr Consistent between the sticks.
