PAUL POGBA

The France midfielder’s future beyond this summer at Manchester United seems far from certain and Paris Saint-Germain are plotting a return to his homeland, according to Paris United.

Pogba, 25, struck twice in last weekend’s stunning derby win at Manchester City, but this was the high point of a miserable few months detailed by a rumoured falling out with manager Jose Mourinho.

Big-spending PSG have opened talks with agent Mino Raiola as they look to further revamp their squad after their Champions League disappointment.

GARETH BALE

The Wales forward suffered the indignity of being hooked at half-time during the thrilling midweek Champions League quarter-final with Juventus and his future could now lie in Italy.

Bale, 28, looks to have fallen down the pecking order at Santiago Bernabeu. With United no longer interested in acquiring him, The Independent reports that Internazionale could be his new home.

The Nerazzurri will pounce if Los Blancos show any inclination to dispense with the man they bought for €100 million (Dh452.9m) in 2013.

THIBAUT COURTOIS

The Belgium goalkeeper has set his heart on a switch to PSG as his seven-year association with Chelsea looks close to an end, according to RMC Sport.

Courtois, 25, has yet to agree a contract extension on a deal that expires in summer 2019. With the Parisians on the look out for a new, elite shot stopper, talks have begun about making the move.

But the Blues are unwilling to relinquish their No1 and are prepared to even let him walk out on a free transfer.
