SAUL NIGUEZ

Arsenal have made an approach to sign the Atletico Madrid midfielder, according to AS.

The 23-year-old has made 188 appearances since breaking into Atletico’s first team back in 2012 and has been linked with a move to the Premier League at the end of the season.

With Manchester United originally frontrunners to sign Saul, Gunners have now stepped up their interest to secure his services.

The Spaniard has eight years to run on his contract at Wanda Metropolitano, and with a release clause of € 150m (Dh 681m), it looks highly unlikely he will be sold.

DANNY DRINKWATER

The Chelsea midfielder is considering his future at Stamford Bridge following a frustrating first season, according to The Guardian.

The England midfielder joined the Blues from Leicester last summer, but has struggled to nail down a place in the starting XI.

With Antonio Conte expected to leave the club at the end of the season, the 28-year-old will wait until a new manager is put in place before making a decision on his future.
