Antoine Griezmann says there is no agreement already in place for him to join Barcelona at the end of the season.

The Atlético Madrid attacker has been linked with a move away from the club since last summer, with Manchester United and Barcelona the likeliest destinations. He nearly moved to Barca in January, according to reports.

There has since been strong speculation that instead of agreeing an immediate move, Griezmann and Barcelona simply confirmed that he would arrive at the Nou Camp in the summer, rumours that the Frenchman denies.

“I don’t know where that information comes from,” he told the ‘Telefoot’ programme on TF1.

“But I don’t know anything about it, so for now there is nothing.

“[These reports] are false.”
