DANI CEBALLOS

The Real Madrid midfielder has declared he wants to fight for his place at the Bernabeu following a difficult first season in the Spanish capital.

Ceballos moved to Los Blancos last summer in a big-money move from Real Betis but has failed to establish himself in Zinedine Zidane‘s side.

The 21-year-old apparently sought advice from his former coach at Betis in January and contemplated leaving the Whites to play regularly, but according to Goal, is now content to fight for his place.

It remains to be seen whether or not his future may change come the summer, given Liverpool have also been interested in his signature.

All smiles when Ceballos signed last summer.

LUKE SHAW

Barcelona have emerged as shock contenders to sign the wantaway Manchester United left-back, according to the Mirror.

The 22-year-old, who has had a series of high-profile fallings out with Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho, is likely to leave the Old Trafford club at the end of the season.

Shaw, who is also unlikely to be named in Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the World Cup finals in Russia, is on Blaugrana’s radar as the Spanish giants seek cover for Jordi Alba while Arsenal, Chelsea and Everton are linked with his signature.

The former Southampton star has one year remaining on his Old Trafford contract.

Shaw was taken off at half-time in recent win over Brighton.

ANDREA BELOTTI

The long-term Manchester United target has apparently revealed he will only leave Torino if he is guaranteed first-team football elsewhere.

The Evening Standard reports that the 24-year-old, who is captain of the Turin club, is seeking a move away from Serie A but is unwilling not to play week in, week out.

A switch to Old Trafford would represent a significant pay increase for the Italian but with Romelu Lukaku, Marcus Rashford Anthony Martial in the striking ranks, competition is fierce.

Torino would demand at least €100 million (Dh457m) for their star man, which could put potential suitors off.

Fan favourite at Torino: Belotti.
