Though the winter transfer window just passed and the summer window is still months down the road, that hasn’t stopped the chatter of players potentially being on the move.

Across the world of football, there remains plenty of activity and stories that have football fans talking.

Here, we look at five potential transfer candidates that could be heading elsewhere when the market reopens in June.

ANDRES INIESTA

Pep Guardiola is eyeing a summer move for Barcelona legend Iniesta, according to The Mirror .

Iniesta and Guardiola enjoyed huge success together at Barcelona and the Catalan coach is eager to arrange a career swansong for the 33-year-old in the Premier League.

Iniesta – who has made over 700 appearances for Barcelona – replaced Guardiola when he retired from the game in 2001.

While the Spaniard signed a life-long agreement at the Camp Nou in October, it is believed to be a non-binding agreement and could potentially pave the way for a move to England.

AARON RAMSEY

Arsenal will look to sell Ramsey at the end of the season, the Daily Mail suggests.

The Wales international has one year to run on his current deal at the Emirates Stadium, but the North London club may be forced to sell the 26-year-old if he refuses to sign a new contract.

Ramsey has made over 300 appearances for Arsenal since joining the club as a 17-year-old from Cardiff in 2008.

Ramsey came under criticism for his sub-par display against Man City in the Carabao Cup final last week, in what has been a mixed campaign overall for the midfielder.
