The January transfer window may be shut but there’s still plenty of news from the rumour mill with several moves being put off until the summer.

Here, we round-up the transfer tales that have got everyone talking.

MARCO ASENSIO

Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal are keen to sign Real Madrid star Marco Asensio, according to the Sun. The 22-year-old is playing second fiddle to Cristiano Ronaldo this campaign and has started  only 11 La Liga matches. The Spaniard excelled as a substitute in the Champions League win over PSG and scored twice in the 5-3 win over Real Betis on Sunday. With game time mattering most for the ace attacker, Antonio Conte may succeed in bringing him to West London this summer.

CHRISTIAN PULISIC

Bayern Munich are ready to make a big money move for Borussia Dortmund wonderkid Christian Pulisic, the Daily Mail reports. Bayern are long-term admirers of the 19-year-old and would be willing to spend around €100 million to acquire his signature. The American winger has drawn interest from LiverpoolManchester United and Arsenal, and could be set to depart the Westfalenstadion this summer. If a move to the Allianz Arena was to materialise, Pulisic would be have the best platform to help him develop as a player on the European stage and win trophies.

AMADOU DIAWARA

Tottenham Hotspur are set to step up their interest in Napoli star Amadou Diawara, Tuttomercatoweb suggests. The 20-year-old Guinea international is rated as one of the most promising players in Serie A and has been linked with several top European sides. Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has made Diawara a key target and is set to offer in the region of £33 million to secure his services this summer. The midfielder is viewed as a long-term replacement for Mousa Dembele, who has been curtailed with injuries over the last number of seasons.
