The transfer window may not open again until January 1 2018 but that hasn’t put an end to plenty of speculation throughout Europe.

SADIO MANE

Liverpool face a fight to keep one of their star man as Barcelona have been closely monitoring Sadio Mane, according to the Mirror.

The Catalan giants had three bids rejected for Philippe Coutinho during the summer transfer window, but they are set to test the resolve of those at Anfield with a fresh bid for Mane.

This sale is unlikely to happen. Mane cost Liverpool £34 million in 2016, and has grown into a central part of Jurgen Klopp’s side.

The Senegal international will be intrinsic to Liverpool’s quest for trophies this season, and they are under no pressure to sell.

ADRIEN RABIOT

Inter Milan are hoping to beat off competition from Arsenal and Tottenham to sign PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot, according to Calciomercato.

The 22-year-old is under contract at Parc des Princes until 2019 and is open to a move away from the French capital.

Inter tried to sign the star midfielder three years ago and are ready to launch a bid for the Frenchman in January.

Rabiot has enjoyed considerable domestic success at PSG, winning four consecutive Ligue 1 titles, the French Cup twice and the French League Cup three times.

Although Inter are reportedly ready to offer a significant fee for the 22-year-old, PSG are reluctant to sell due to the Frenchman being one of their homegrown players.

Rabiot has started all five of PSG’s Ligue 1 games so far this season, as they maintain a perfect season to their campaign.

ADRIJA ZIVKOVIC

Manchester United are tracking the progresss of Benfica winger Andrija Zivkovic, according to O Jogo.

The Red Devils had the 21-year-old watched against CSKA Moscow in their Champions League opener midweek, with the youngster considered one of the best young talents in Europe.

Zivkoic has become a mainstay in the Benfica side after impressing during the second half of last season.

Although the Serbian international is said to be happy at Estadio da Luz, United and Benfica meet in a Champions League double header next month, which will give Jose Mourinho the perfect chance to see Zivkovic up close.
