GIANLUIGI DONNARUMMA

Real Madrid have moved a step closer to signing the AC Milan goalkeeper, according to reports in Spain.

The teenage shot-stopper announced on Thursday that he will not be signing a new contract with the San Siro side, with his current deal due to expire at the end of next season.

Donnarumma’s decision to reject new terms means it’s highly likely he will leave Serie A this summer and Los Blancos view the prodigious Italy international as a perfect replacement for Keylor Navas, who has often come under heavy scrutiny between the Madrid sticks.

Although Whites boss Zinedine Zidane has recently backed Navas in public, Marca have reported that Real want Donnarumma as their new long-term goalkeeper – much in the same vein as club legend Iker Casillas – and are expected to act quickly to clinch a huge deal.

RATING: 9/10

SPORT360 VERDICT:
The player’s agent, Mino Raiola, is famed for getting his clients what they want and you can be sure that he is negotiating the best deal possible and a big transfer for the 18-year-old in the summer transfer window.

Talent that belies his early years: Donnarumma.

KEITA BALDE

The Lazio striker is being touted for a move to the Premier League, according to several reports in the English press.

Merseyside rivals Liverpool and Everton have been casting their eyes over the 22-year-old hitman while Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham are also keen on signing the Senegalese star.

Balde hit 15 goals in 30 Serie A appearances last term and is reportedly valued at £30 million, as revealed by the Daily Mirror.

RATING: 6/10

SPORT360 VERDICT:
Each of the three aforementioned Premier League outfits need to strengthen in attack but Lazio’s steep asking price may prove to be a stumbling block – in addition to the 22-year-old’s lack of experience outside Italy.

Balde enjoyed a prolific season last term.

GERARD DEULOFEU

The future of the Spanish winger looks all the more clearer as Barcelona try to tie up a permanent deal for the Everton star.

Deulofeu, who impressed during a loan spell at AC Milan last term – earning a first senior call-up for his country in the process, has made no secret of his desire to move back to the Catalan club for good.

New boss Ernesto Valverde feels the winger can make the right attacking forward role his own next season and wants to exercise Barca’s €12 million buy-back clause (which is valid until the end of June) – that was agreed with the Toffees when the two sides done business two years ago.

It is unlikely Deulofeu will feature in an Everton shirt again and according to Sport, Barca could clinch the transfer very soon.

RATING: 7/10

SPORT360 VERDICT:
The 23-year-old failed to impress Ronald Koeman on Merseyside during the first-half of last season, and despite enjoying a fantastic few months at the San Siro, Everton are likely to be happy to cash in and sell the talent back to his boyhood club.

Impressive: The diminutive Spaniard enjoyed a good stint at Milan.
