It’s been a whole week since the Premier League got underway, but there are hardly signs of clubs surrenders hopes on squad-bolstering changes.

Sport360 proudly rounds-up the day’s transfer twists and turns.

Christian Benteke, Liverpool to Crystal Palace, £27m (Done Deal)

The clubs finally came to an agreement yesterday after weeks of negotiations with €31m to be paid up front and an additional €5m in add-ons. Benteke will hope the move reinvigorates his career after a dominant spell with Aston Villa having struggled with the Reds.

Steven Pienaar, Everton to Sunderland, Free (Done Deal)

The 34-year-old schemer has spent the summer working alongside ex-Liverpool winger Ryan Babel and clearly the work paid off. The South African has signed a one-year deal after he was released by Everton last season
following two stints on Merseyside.

Younes Kaboul, Sunderland to Watford, £4m (Done Deal)

Kaboul started last week’s defeat at Manchester City but has clearly left manager David Moyes unimpressed after signing a three-year contract at Watford. Juventus midfielder Roberto Pereyra is also close to sealing a switch to Vicarage Road.

Juan Cuadrado, Chelsea to Juventus, Loan (In Talks)

The Colombian’s agent was in London yesterday to discuss another season-long loan switch to the Serie A champs. Cuadrado enjoyed a successful spell in Turin last season, hallmarked by his assist for Alvaro Morata’s
winner against AC Milan in the Copa Italia.

Jasper Cillessen, Ajax to Barcelona, 12m (New Target)

Claudio Bravo is set for a move to Manchester City but the deal will not be completed until a replacement is found. That may not take too long, though, with the La Liga giants reportedly opening talks with Ajax’s Netherlands international Cillessen.
