Speculation of a move by Inter Milan for midfielder Luka Modric has resurfaced, with the Serie A club set to renew their pursuit in January, according to reports.

10:00am – Marcelo says Madrid miss Ronaldo
Real Madrid full-back Marcelo admits his side miss Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Portuguese superstar joined Juventus in July after nine glittering seasons at the Bernabeu.
Marcelo insists it was clear Los Blancos would miss “the best player in the world”, but believes the European champions will always be dominant.
9:00 am: Carvajal explains Isco’s armband snub
Isco was supposed to don the captain’s armband when Marcelo was taken off against Moscow on Wednesday night. But the Spaniard handed the armband to fourth captain Dani Carvajal, which gave rise to quite a few questions.
However, Carvajal explained the snub and mentioned that Isco was merely honouring a promise.

8:00 am: Bale’s injury will be evaluated, says Solari
Gareth Bale picked up an ankle injury during his cameo in Real Madrid‘s 3-0 defeat to CSKA Moscow. With the Club World Cup round the corner, this comes as a huge cause for concern for Los Blancos.
Prior to their clash against Rayo Vallecano, head coach Santiago Solari issued a statement about the injury.
