Robert Lewandowski has not given up hope of landing a dream move to Real Madrid this summer, Marca reports.

Bayern Munich‘s Polish striker has long been linked with Los Blancos, however, talks have slowed in recent weeks.

Still, the 29-year-old’s representatives believe a deal can be brokered with the Whites before the transfer window slams shut on September 1.

Real have yet to replace club icon Cristiano Ronaldo or secure Eden Hazard‘s signature as a marquee signing.

It only means rumours will continue to grow that Lewandowski could indeed become a big coup for Madrid in the coming weeks.

While Bayern are happy to keep the former Borussia Dortmund star in the Bundesliga, the Bavarians are aware this could be their last opportunity to cash in on the forward for big money.
