Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly rejected a €200 million contract offer from the Chinese Super League, according to Marca.

The 33-year-old’s Real Madrid future has been the subject of intense speculation following May’s Champions League final win over Liverpool, in which Ronaldo hinted post-match that he could leave the club.

Zinedine Zidane‘s departure as boss and Julen Loptegui’s arrival has only served to increase rumours Ronaldo might bring his glorious Bernabeu career to an end, while Juventus have apparently weighed in with a huge bid for his services.

In this case, an unnamed CSL club has offered Ronaldo those huge terms, which would see the Whites legend collect a cool €100 million annually on a two-year contract.

On top of that personal offer to the player himself, a huge transfer fee would also be needed to prise him away from Madrid.

Ronaldo has been quiet on social media since Portugal’s second round World Cup exit to France.
