Real Madrid legend Zinedine Zidane has been pictured for the first time since stepping down as Los Blancos manager last Thursday.

The 45-year-old French World Cup winner ended his magical two-and-half-season stint at the Bernabeu following his third consecutive Champions League triumph over Liverpool in Kiev.

Now in France for the summer, Zidane enjoyed a kick around with his sons Luca (second from the right) and Enzo (centre) as well as Marseille midfielder Max Lopez and cousin Driss Zidane in the Aix-en-Provence of southern France.

They posted a picture onto Instagram after their five-a-side encounter.

Zidane is a regular at the sports centre, named after him as ‘Z5 Aix’.

The Whites have yet to name his replacement as head coach.
