Zinedine Zidane refuses to discuss his Real Madrid future

Zinedine Zidane gave nothing away on whether he will still be  the Real Madrid manager at the start of next season.

The Frenchman has come under criticism for a poor La Liga campaign as Barcelona wrapped up the title. Los Blancos have lost six times and sit third, 18 points adrift of their Spanish rivals ahead of their final match of the domestic season against Celta Vigo.

They can still end the season on a high if they beat Liverpool to retain their Champions League crown but could be shown the exit door if they lose the May 26 final in Kiev.

In the pre-match press conference, Zidane said: “I’m not going to say no or yes [to continuing at Real],” he said.

“What will happen after the final in Kiev will happen.”
