Paris Saint-Germain‘s new manager Thomas Tuchel had to field an almost unrecognisable team in the pre-season friendly against Arsenal – and the result was a 5-1 thrashing by the Gunners.

Speaking after the game, the German, who was without the services of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani among others, urged football’s authorities to consider a later start to European leagues in World Cup years.
