When Mohamed Salah was injured during the Champions League final many Liverpool fans were worried about just how badly the Egyptian King had damaged his shoulder and whether indeed he would be fit enough to return by the start of the new season.

Reds manager Jurgen Klopp was worried as well. So worried that he stayed in contact with Salah all throughout the World Cup to monitor his fitness, he has revealed.
