Watch: Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp believes Mohamed Salah still has some way to go to be the world’s best

Mohamed Salah’s dream debut season for Liverpool keeps getting better with each passing game with the Egyptian winger banging in two goals and as many assists in his side’s 5-2 thrashing of Roma in the first-leg of the Champions League semi-finals on Tuesday.

With 43 goals in 47 appearances in all competitions this season, Salah is being touted as the best striker in the world by many but Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp believes that the Egyptian still has some way to go.

“He is in outstanding good shape, in a world-class shape, 100 per cent. That’s good. To be the best in the world, you need to do that for a longer period I think,” Klopp said about Salah in the post-match press conference. Watch his full thoughts below …
