Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has been in red-hot form ever since his move from Roma to the Reds.

The Egyptian star – after having played a major role in the success of his team and winning the PFA Player of the Year award – is not done yet though.

Salah has his eyes firmly set on the Premier League record for most goals in a season and on Monday night he revealed his thoughts on doing the same.

“There are still three games to go. I want to break this record and I also want to break the one [all-time English top-flight record] for 42 [games].

“I think it’s very near now – it’s 34 goals, thee goals to go,” the 25-year old said.

“Let’s see what will happen in the next three games.”
